Wholesale & Bulk order policy

To ensure clarity and smooth production, the following policies apply to all bulk orders (25+ units):

• A non-refundable production reservation fee of 20% is required to secure materials and schedule production time.
• Orders are not considered finalized until full payment or agreed deposit is received.
• Once production begins, quantity changes or design modifications cannot be made.
• If a client requests a quantity reduction after payment but before production begins, the 20% production reservation fee will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded based on the revised order total.
• Shipment dates are confirmed once the final quantity is approved. Extended shipment holds beyond 30 days must be agreed to in writing.
