Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • Custom or made-to-order sets may require additional processing time

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered at a flat rate, depending on the order.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons

My Nation Nails LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

My Nation Nails LLC does not collect or control these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, My Nation Nails LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
