- Apply Tape: Firmly press a piece of clear tape across the widest part of your natural nail bed, making sure it presses flat into the sidewalls.
- Mark the Edges: Use your pen to draw a precise line on the tape at the exact left and right edges of your nail bed.
- Measure in Millimeters: Peel the tape off and place it flat against a metric ruler. Count the millimeter lines between your two marks. (Note: 1 centimeter = 10 millimeters).
- Repeat: Measure all 10 fingers and write down your numbers in order from thumb to pinky.
